The Ventenna Warranty

Here it is in a nutshell -
   If a customer is dis-satisfied with a Ventenna product for any reason in the first 60 days after purchase, they may have a full refund of the price, including shipping charges.

And, here's why -
          A person trying to decide which antenna to purchase is often confused by the "numbers game" played by the various antenna manufacturers.  Antennas are usually characterized by "gain" over some reference antenna, indicating that they will transmit (or receive) more effectively than the reference.  The problem is that some people use different references, so that their gain numbers are larger than their competitors'.  In actuality, an antenna claimed to have 6.8 dB gain may work no better than one which is honestly rated at 3.5 dB, but the purchaser has no way to know this, and opts for the higher number as being "better".  The situation is so out of control that at least one reputable publication will no longer accept "gain" figures in its advertising. 

        Mark and John, who are both engineers, have refused to play this numbers game, and do not promote gain figures for the Ventennas.  Instead, they offer a "no discussion" warranty.  If a customer is dis-satisfied with a Ventenna product for any reason in the first 60 days after purchase, they may have a full refund of the price (including shipping charges) - no hedging or waffling.  Thus a customer may "buy and try" a Ventenna without fear of losing anything.  Mark and John are sincerely dedicated to their products, and their goal is to  make every Ventenna purchaser a happy customer.

   Long-term, we never expect our Ventennas to fail for any reason.  If yours fails, just send it back, and we'll replace it. 

(Please note - the Ventenna Warranty does not cover damage to the coax pigtail outside the Ventenna,  damage to the connector, or Ventennas which have been modified).
