You may purchase standard Ham Ventennas and HFp Antennas directly from us, or from HRO, the premier Ham Radio distributor in the United States.

Commercial Ventennas, special-order Ventennas and HFp accessories must be purchased directly from us.

To purchase directly from us, there are a number of methods you may use:

Credit Card - we accept Master Card and VISA
Check - we do accept personal checks, but we also wait to ship until they are verified by our bank.
PayPal - our identifier is "sales@ventenna.com". Be sure to indicate all the details of what you are purchasing in the PayPal message window.

We recommend not sending cash through the mail.

(Important Note - if you FAX us, please include your e-mail address so we can confirm receipt of your order. If we don't confirm within one business day, you may assume that we didn't get it.)

You also may e-mail your order to us at sales@ventenna.com, but this is not a secure ordering system, and it is possible for someone to collect the information you send. PayPal is a secure site, and you may order via their system without worry.

Shipping -

For domestic shipments, we usually ship via the United States Postal Service, using Priority Mail. This is less costly than UPS, and very rarely has there been a problem with their service. Most packages arrive within three business days of shipment.

International shipments are via the Postal Service's International Parcel post, with insurance. Packages usually arrive within ten days of shipping, but local Customs requirement can sometimes delay the arrival.

We will ship by UPS or some other service if you prefer, but, it will probably cost more, and may not be as reliable.

Shipping charges are only what we are charged by the carrier. We never add "handling charges" or "packing fees" to our shipments.
